Kurt Scoby Stops Hank Lundy Inside of Two Rounds

Rising Super Lightweight Prospect Kurt Scoby (12-0 10KOs) scored two knockdowns while destroying Hank Lundy (31-14-1 14KOs) inside of two rounds.


It was obvious from the start that the older Lundy 39, was overmatched against the bigger, younger, stronger Scoby. Scoby handed some hard body shots that got Lundy's attention in the opening round. In the 2nd round Scoby hurt and dropped Lundy with a big right hand for the first knockdown. Seconds later Scoby finished Lundy with hard right hand shots around the guard.


Scoby 28, who recently signed with Hall of Fame Promoter Lou Dibella who announced his return to the ring set for August 18th Overtime Boxing on DAZN. Scoby will face the undefeated southpaw from Spain Narciso Carmona (11-0-1 6KOs).


Lundy after the fight announced his retirement from boxing after 46 professional bouts.
