Future Hall of Famer Nonito Donaire will have to wait an additional two weeks regain the WBC Bantamweight tilte when faces Alexandro Santiago for vacant title on the Showtime PPV mega event Spence vs Crawford on July 29th in Las Vegas.
Donaire vs Santiago was set to take place on July 15th on the Martin vs Harutyunyan undercard, but due a hand injury Jesus Ramos Jr had pulled out of his fight with Sergio Garcia set for the July 29th PPV.
Donaire 40, is coming off and destructive second round knockout defeat against Naoya Inoue in July 2022. Santiago 27, will make 2nd Showtime PPV appearance in row when faces Donaire. Santiago stopped Antonio Nieves on the Paul vs Silva Showtime PPV card in October 2022.
