Usyk was linked to big fight with WBC Champion Tyson Fury for undisputed but it never materialize. Now the WBA will fulfill their promise of consolidating the Super and Regular titles.

Dubois 25, is coming off a near disaster against Kevin Lerena in December 2022. Lerena dropped Dubois three times in the first round. Dubois rallied to drop and stop Lerena in the third round. After the fight, Dubois was diagnosed with a right torn ACL. Everything seem fine for Dubois now as he enters his biggest fight of his career against Usyk.
